Care instructions: Regular vacuuming helps keeping rug pile fresh and clean of dirt and debris. Blot spills with a paper towel or colourless cloth, do not wipe or scrub, for further cleaning tips, please contact your rug cleaning professional. Rotating your rug every 3-6 months helps in removing the furniture marks and reduces uneven wear and tear.

All our products are shipped nationwide, but some remote islands may have shipment limitation which can be confirmed at the time of order processing. If we are unable to ship your product to your delivery address, we will contact you provide alternation address else we will cancel your order and issue full refund of your payment.
Note: Majority of the orders cannot be shipped via Australia Post as they only accept rolls or parcels less than 105cm. So please provide your Street Delivery address while placing your order to avoid delays in processing your order.
We do offer 15 Days Return Policy for all 'Change of Mind' Returns with no questions asked, but due to health regulations we cannot offer exchange or refund for used rug. So if you did not like the rug texture, colour, material, feel, wool shedding or any other concern with the rug, please notify us as soon as you have received and explored the rug so that return can be organized. In the meantime kindly roll the rug and keep it ready for collection.
Note: For all Change of Mind returns both way freight charges will be deducted from the total purchase price and balance will be refunded.

Very happy with the colour & fast delivery. Still leaving in a roll until the spring cleaning is finished and the table is assembled for the mat to lie beneath in my tiny kitchen. It's exactly what I hoped for and I recommend for indoor situations like covering floors you want protected from heavy furniture dents, heavy traffic area or simply a separation of space within a room like for dining in a kitchen. Temporary outdoor picnic use because it's light and portable to carry. May be sluiced with water to rinse and air dried or left on a veranda to lay or sit on. It's a plastic woven mat so flat enough to cushion mobility without impeding & protection to keep off grass concrete sand be dusted off or rinsed good as new.
