Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.
These Recliner Covers are just Perfect! I've not been able to find any Covers until recently - With you! Our Single Recliners are Massive! And all of the other Covers ' That I've purchased in the past. Were simply NOT Big Enough? I love THESE COVERS soo much.I purchased Another One!. Honestly - They're AMAZING! THANKYOU SO MUCH!!

This cover is just what I needed. My dog does not try to take it off as he has with rugs etc. Good protection and long enough to cover the chair back and the base.

This is a brilliant couch cover. Soft and thick. I pull the sides down in the night and cover my old dog. Good quality.

I did not really think the quality was very good and the reversible is not really true because the brown is visible on the edges of the grey. It’s also a nightmare to get the pet hair off. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like brown.
