Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Super fast delivery, easy to put together, it’s so smooth to ride. Still getting a workout but assisted to make the adventures easier. I now ride to and from work and feel great. I highly recommend this bike.

Didn't take too long to put together. It arrived within a few days which was a terrific suprise. Loving my new ebike (l haven't owned one before) it's opened up a whole new world. So comfortable and easy to navigate hills now. Terrific value for money.
