Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I got this one after I received a faulty robot vacuum of different brand from another shop. 100% happy with this purchase, will recommend to anyone! It cleans well, and the app works smoothly too. But what's REALLY great about this particular product is how easy and mess-free it is to take the dirt out! The dirt is collected in the compartment shaped like a tool box which can be emptied into the bin without having to touch the dirt or spilling it in the process. The compartment is easily accessed by lifting the lid on TOP of the vacuum (so no more flipping the vacuum to get the box out!). No issues cleaning long hair or tiny dust. Sometimes requires assistance in tricky places (small steps between rooms, furniture with flat feet, etc) but it doesn't bother me enough to take a star away. Mopping function is fantastic, leaves my floor clean and fresh everytime.
