HeatsBox GO is a true game-changer! It’s the world’s first battery-powered smart heating lunch box with USB-C! The GO allows you to reheat and even cook your food anywhere & anytime in just a few minutes. The integrated battery lasts for up to 60 minutes of active heating, which is enough to heat up 2-3 meals in a row before recharging.

The HeatsBox GO has a powerful, temperature-controlled heating element in the bottom to heat up the food up evenly and fast to a maximum of 85°C. The inner dish is removable, made of stainless steel, and has a big volume of 925ml. The HeatsBox GO is 100% leakproof. The product comes with an additional lid for the removable inner dish for a simple way of transport and storage of your food – perfect for meal prep! The additional lid is also 100% leakproof.

With our own HeatsBox APP, you can control all heating settings. Choose the right target temperature, and three different heating modes and set a timer to ensure the food is ready when you are!

You can also start the heating process manually by pressing the On/Off button. The integrated LED will show exactly when the food is ready.

HeatsBox GO supports firmware over the air for future product software updates!

The HeatsBox lid, the removable inner dish, the lid for the inner dish, and the divider are all dishwasher-safe.

HeatsBox GO is powered by an integrated battery. The USB-C cable needed to charge the battery is included (1.0m).

HeatsBox has been developed in Switzerland and is patented.

Please allow 0-3 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases it will be within the first 24hrs.

Postage Information

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Border Express and require signature on delivery.

If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from.

Missing Parcels

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post or Border Express Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

Incorrect Information

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

When can you return or exchange a product?

Change of Mind:

You can return a product for change of mind and we will give you a refund, store credit, or we can exchange the product for you. We can do this as long as the item in question is:

returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
in a resalable condition; and
not damaged in any way.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

To return your item for change or mind, you need to follow our returns process. You may contact us via your MyDeal account.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping and any gateway transaction fees that RV Online incur by the payment gateway provider. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
