4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

I am very happy with this product. It can be set on a timer of 2 or 4 hours or left on continuously. It is stylish and good value for the price.

Heats up quickly and gets quite hot. Very lightweight. The negatives are: lead is too short (I had to buy extension cords) and low down, on/off is low down. Otherwise does a great job of drying the towels.
