For RTB (return to base) warranty claims, customers are required to send the unit back to zotim or the authorized service center with the proof of purchase and a detailed fault description. For direct manufacturer warranty claims, customers are recommended to contact the manufacturer’s technical support to lodge the warranty claims and organize pickup and delivery service. Please note, Zotim do not provide the pickup service on the behalf of the manufacturer. It is highly recommended the customer’s contact manufacturers directly to ensure quick warranty service and turnaround.
