The Elite Gaming Chair is constructed from the highest quality of material to provide the most premium gaming experience. The Elite Gaming Chair frame is constructed with a 2mm steel robotically welded structural body to provide maximum rigidity during long hours of gaming. The casted 5-arm aluminum base provides a solid and silent platform for the Elite Gaming Chair, allowing maximum strength for different size users. The 60mm diameter pressure castor wheels consist of a Nylon core that enables the castor wheel to be strong and quiet while moving around on soft or hard floors. Positioned on a Safety Class 4 gas lift, the Elite Gaming Chair provides support for different size users up to 140 kg or 308 lbs.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.
