How To Use
1. Fit the finger toothbrush on your fingers, put 1~2 drops of toothbrushing liquid on the tip of the finger toothbrush, and let your pet cat lick off.
After that, you start brushing your pet cat’s teeth and gums with the fingers toothbrush as stroking. Please praise action every time they can brush their teeth. (It may be good behaviour to give a favourite snack when your pet cat allows being brushed their teeth. However, we do not recommend giving any treat as a reward after it is a situation where your pet cat will be brushed.)
Continue this action for about one week.
2. Once they get used to the toothbrushing habit, you will advance next. You will use the micro head toothbrush instead of the fingers toothbrush. Apply the same amount and the same steps as the previous time, you start gently brushing their teeth and gums as well. Praise them when they are able to complete this step.
3. Once they allow you to perform toothbrushing every day, then your pet cat will be able to get good habits.
If they dislike the toothbrush, you may use the finger toothbrush again.
●We recommend that you brush your pet cat’s teeth at a fixed time and place. When it is time to brush, we recommend before bedtime.

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us first
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN COST
A 10% Restocking fee will be charged for returns.
The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return unless there was an error on our behalf. Due to the nature of couriers, it may cost more to send an item back to us than us ship it out to you.
4. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In this case, we'll take care of shipping costs for you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. EXCHANGES

6. RESTOCKING FEE
We charge a 10% restocking fee on customer returns.
7. FAILURE TO DELIVER OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the delivery failed and return to sender due to customer reasons, for example, customers provide an incorrect address, or customers are not contacting the courier for redelivery after the delivery card left. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will charge a 10% restocking fee.
8. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
9. EXCLUSIONS
Any order that is discounted, on sale, on a special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and stored credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders.
