WHAT'S IN OUR BEARD BALM (INGREDIENTS)
Used since prehistoric times, this natural wax product gives your beard a gentle hold & seals in moisture for a softer beard.
This is a hard, plant-based wax that helps to add a hold factor to the balm. It also helps to soften & protect the beard.
Very similar in characteristics to your skin's natural oils. It is one of the most absorptive oils so it soaks in & strengthens the follicles without leaving you greasy.
Rich in vitamin E which is a potent anti-oxidant. It is made up of long, narrow molecules that have a natural affinity to skin for deep moisturisation.
Traditionally used as a skin treatment in native Moroccan cultures for its healing & moisturising properties for skin & hair.
Cold pressed & packed with essential fatty acids, making it very nourishing for the beard.
High in oleic acid & rich in vitamins A, B & E which provide anti-oxidant & germicidal properties. Traditionally used in Japan to nourish & condition the hair & skin.
Extra virgin olive oil is packed with nutrients & a brilliant, medium density oil that is great for the hair.
An amazing anti-oxidant, vitamin E also helps to preserve the beard oil so that it lasts you longer, even with repeated exposure to oxygen.
A naturally occurring mineral purified & used to stop the oils separating from the waxes in the balm.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
