Inner Spirit wheat Burgundy Flora Fabric packs are designed for comfortable and convenient application of heat or cold to an affected area of the body Once the Wheat Bag is heated it is simply placed on an area where heat is required. Wheat Bags can be used as cold packs. Simply place your Wheat Bag inside a plastic bag and keep in the freezer. After about 4 hours the Wheat Bag is usually cool enough. If heating, take wheat pack out of freezer 10-15 minutes prior to use to bring to room temperature.

Heat in microwave - 1000W: 1.5 minutes or 800W: 2 minutes
