Drawing on its extensive experience, Hercules has created a pair of active monitoring speakers perfect for getting started in the world of DJing. Though small in size, the Hercules DJMonitor 32 speakers more than hold their own against larger speakers in their category — particularly in terms of their quality and output power.

The DJMonitor 32 active monitoring speakers were designed with high-end components for optimal precision and audio rendering, with exceptional listening quality.

CLEAR STEREO SOUND

3” / 7.6 cm woofer. Offset tweeter for clearer sound reproduction, and a more spatially-distinct stereo effect. Dual bass ports. Speaker enclosures crafted of 0.24” / 6 mm thick MDF.

SPEAKER POSITIONING

For optimal positioning of the speakers, there should be a 60° angle between the two satellites, and between the user and the satellites. It is also important that the speakers be positioned at a height whereby the listener's ears are level with the midpoint between the speakers' woofers and tweeters.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
