This makes the pH stable and less prone to user error and easier to manage. A predetermined value by buffering EC: During production the EC value of the plugs are set and buffered so that the EC value does not have to be built to a specific level. That level remains stable and easier to control. Open structure so that the water / air management is always good: Too much water is almost impossible, if the trays / plugs just can drain. The Eazy Plug drains the excess water, so there is always enough air left for an optimum root environment. Basic fertiliser for the first 2-3 weeks: The plugs have a basic fertiliser for the vulnerable first 2-3 weeks. After this period you will have to provide nutrient. The construction (buffering) of the plugs means there is no chance of over-fertilisation, which allows you to add a nutrient right from the start. Compatibility with rockwool: The composition and structure of these plugs allows easy integration with rockwool. Root growth will continue from the plugs into the rockwool, and the water balance is maintained. Ready to use: The plugs are normally 'ready to use' wet-delivered, so the plugs can be directly sown. For greater convenience the plugs have a pin hole for seeds or cuttings. The plug will easily absorb water again: Even if the plug has completely dried out, it can be easily restored by adding water. All the original features remain intact. Compostable: The Eazy Plug consists largely of organic material and as a whole is compostable. Note: It is possible that after a period of storage a slight formation of mould may occur. This is harmless to humans and crops, and will usually disappear after rinsing. To avoid this it is recommended that the trays / plugs are stored in a cool place

All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery In the case that your location is not serviced by these couriers, we will use another service (including Australia Post) that delivers to your location. In some cases, including small towns, the delivery will go to their nearest depot or a designated collection point in the closest town. Note: You must supply a street address for courier delivery. We will request your street address (and any additional shipping cost) if a PO Box is provided with the courier delivery option. Australia Post delivery: All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery Parcels may require signature on delivery if requested or if high value(or at pickup if delivery is missed). Deliveries to PO boxes require Australia Post shipping. Australia Post shipping is available for items up to 100cm long. We may request your approval to change the shipping method if the item does not meet Australia Post shipping requirements. Same day shipping: All stocked items purchased in the online store before 1pm EST on weekdays are sent on the same day. In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following day. Damage to products during shipping: In the case you have received your goods damaged you must take photos of the damaged item and damaged box/wrapper and contact us immediately; Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit.
Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving so we can raise claim with carriers.

Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item fails within the first 14 days of receipt, please email/call us. We will determine if the item needs to be returned, if so we will organise freight back or reimburse customer for return postage Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

New product returns:
New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discrection.
The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase.
To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
