The TP-20 has temperature ranges from 0°C to 250°C and a wireless transmission distance of up to 25-30 metres in open space. It is able to measure two product's internal temperatures at once due to its dual probe design. These probes are made using high quality stainless steel with a 1 metre heat resistant wire. Product Description TP-20 Temperature Probe with blue backlit keyboard, dual stainless steel probes and silicone easy-grip sleeve. Temperature alarms and count-down timer alert functionality. Pre-programmed with ideal temperature levels for most types of meat including; beef, lamb, veal, pork, turkey, chicken, fish or choose your own.

We now offer a 120-Day Money Back Guarantee. Units must be returned in the original packaging and in "as new" condition. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, along with a 10% restocking fee.
Returns are accepted up to 120 days after purchase. Return freight is to be covered by the purchaser unless due to a manufacturing or freight damage issue. In such cases, technician intervention will determine the next steps. Equipment must be completely clean upon return. A refund warehouse inspection will be conducted upon receiving the return prior to the processing of a refund.
It covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. We will repair or replace products/parts that prove defective during the warranty period.
We will action 1 of 3 scenarios based on the defect and the product purchased;
1. Send a brand-new replacement of the defective product.
*Does not apply for industrial orders
2. If the defective part of the product can be identified, we will ship the replacement part and have a service technician come on-site to replace and install it once it has arrived.
3. Send out a service technician to investigate the defect. Once the issue has been identified, the technician will either fix the defect immediately or notify us of replacement parts needed. If the latter, we will ship the required replacement parts to the service address. The technician will then return on-site to service and fix the product.
*If there is no technician locally available, then a local appliance repair technician can be sourced by the customer and BenchFoods will pay the technician invoice or reimburse the customer if prepaid.
The Warranty Period is now 5 years from the original date of purchase for Industrial, Commercial, and Domestic Dehydrators.
Replacement products or parts, provided through a warranty claim, assume the remaining warranty of the original product or 180 days from the replacement or repair date, whichever is longer. *Spare Parts purchased outside of a warranty claim are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, and unauthorized alterations are not covered. Cosmetic and incidental damages are excluded.
