Hyaluronic acid is a powerful hydrating ingredient found naturally in the skin. The CeraVe hyaluronic acid face serum is formulated with hyaluronic acid, three essential ceramides and vitamin b5 to help maintain moisture levels in the skin as well as help strengthen skin's moisture barrier. This hydrating serum provides up to 24 hours of hydration making it suitable for sensitive, dry, or normal skin types.

CeraVe's hydrating hyaluronic acid serum is designed for use on its own or layered with other moisturisers. This refreshing face serum with a cream-gel like texture replenishes hydration, helps to strengthen the skin's moisture barrier, and provides instantly smoother, softer skin. With our highest concentration of hyaluronic acid, three essential ceramides, soothing vitamin B5 and patented MVE Technology, this daily-use serum for dry skin supplies the skin with up to 24 hours of moisture and nourishment. Directions

- Cleanse face with CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser for normal to dry, sensitive and combination skin types or cleanse with CeraVe Foaming Cleanser for oily skin types.

- Shake well before use, and press pump multiple times until serum comes out.

- Apply the CeraVe Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum evenly to the face and neck daily after cleansing face.

- This hydrating serum can be used alone or layered under moisturiser.

- Finish your skin routine with CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion.

- Avoid eye area. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water

Refund Policy

All return claims must be lodged within 14 days of the order being received.

In the event of a return by you, we will exchange or refund. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to Healthyworld and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery fees.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Healthyworld Online Pty Ltd

Accepting change of mind returns

We allow a customer to return goods for change of mind where the goods are:

Returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;

As new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

In a resalable condition;

Not damaged in any way.

The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.

The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.

Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.

We do not issue refunds for fragrances that may smell different to something previously purchased or worn.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
