How To Use the Castor Oil Packs?

Wash it before the first use, rinse the impurities off and air dry. so the pad can absorb the oil better.
Lay the pack flat, apply massage oil to the pack evenly on the middle of the pack, avoiding the edges.
Wrap the pack on your body and adjust the elastic strips to a suitable length.
