Q. How do I use the 1 Hour Express Face Mist?
A. 1 Hour Express Face Mist should be applied directly to clean, dry skin. Close eyes and spray 4-6 pumps on face/neck, blending gently with our Application Mitt, Body Brush, or hands. Ensure you wash your hands thoroughly after use.

Q. How could I work this into my self-tanning routine?
A. For best results, we recommend applying your 1 Hour Express Face Mist as the first step in your tanning routine. Once applied, wash hands thoroughly prior to tanning your body.

Q. How long does it take to develop?
A. For light to medium tan, leave on for 30 minutes. For a Dark tan, rinse off after 1 hour, and for the darkest result rinse off after 2-3 hours.

Q. Can I leave this on for longer than 1 hour?
A. Absolutely! The longer you leave the product on your skin, the deeper your result will be.

Q. Will washing the product off after 1 hour prevent the tan from developing?
A. Not at all. The express formula continues to develop on the skin, even after the colour guide has been washed off.

Directions

Step 1
Ensure face is clean, dry and free from any product.

Step 2
Shake well before use. Hold bottle roughly 15cm from face. Close eyes and spray 4 - 6 pumps of 1 Hour Express Tanning Face Mist evenly onto face and neck, blending gently into skin with Application Mitt. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Step 3
Rinse skin after one hour for a long lasting deep tan. For a deeper tan, leave on skin for two-three hours. Do not apply any other skincare products until colour has developed. Re-apply as desired.

Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Dihydroxyacetone, Propylene Glycol, Pentylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Sodium Metabisulfite, Erythrulose, Ci 14700 (Fd&c Red No. 4), Ci 19140 (Fd&c Yellow No. 5), Tocopheryl Acetate, Ci 42090 (Fd&c Blue No. 1), Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.

Store below 86°f (30°c). For external use only.

WARNING: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN. Carry out a patch test 24 hours prior to use. Do not apply to damaged or inflamed skin. If irritation, redness or itchiness occurs, discontinue use. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. If swallowed, get medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre right away. Close eyes and lips when applying the product; rinse well with plenty of clean water if accidental contact occurs. Avoid inhalation of mist. Store below 86°F (30°C). Store in an upright position.

If your order arrives and you are not satisfied with the colour, you can send it back using our returns policy - please note that we cannot accept returns for goods that have been opened.

Delivery Failures

In the event a consignment is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided by you

  • You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant

  • You were unavailable to sign for delivery

  • You refused the delivery

  • The courier could not access the property

  • You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left

A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by The Beauty Domain to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.

WARRANTY POLICY

All electrical products come with an Australian/New Zealand compliant plug (AS/NZS 3112) and a minimum of 12 months warranty. Please see each product page for specific warranty information.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Before any returns will be accepted or processed, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product before sending anything back. This is necessary to ensure the correct procedure is followed so the process is as quick and easy as possible.

Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

1. You changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or decided you don't like the product

  • We offer a 30 day return policy in these situations. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for a refund only of the original purchase price, excluding original delivery costs, and less a $10 administration and restocking fee which covers original packaging costs including labour.
  • All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Except for faulty products, items which have been opened will not be accepted for return. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by you and are non-refundable.
  • Products sold as part of a promotion, products listed as non-returnable, and cosmetics, topical application or personal use products that have been opened but are not faulty are excluded from this change of mind return policy, and cannot be returned.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing something

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
  • All claims for damaged items must be made within a reasonable amount of time since receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
  • Please take photographs of any damage and contact us via your myDeal account before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.

3. The item is faulty

  • Should your product be faulty, please contact us promptly so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you).
  • To return a faulty product, you will need to pay for postage to return it to us in the first instance. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. If we don't receive the product for any reason, we won't be able to assist you further. Please make sure you get a receipt and keep it handy. Once we have received the product, and confirmed it is faulty, we will reimburse you for what it cost you to return it to us, based on your receipt (or if you've lost the receipt, the face value of postage shown on the parcel if it's been returned via Australia Post). 
  • Where a returned product is found not to be faulty, a redelivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to sending it back to you. If we agree on a refund instead of redelivering a non-faulty product, we may deduct postage charges already paid by Hair & Beauty Co to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
