Need help finding your Powerbeats Pro? When they're nearby one of your Apple devices, use Find My to play a sound to locate them or see your headphones on a map. If your Powerbeats are lost or missing, the Find My app can still help you track them down using the vast and global Find My network, made up of hundreds of millions of Apple devices. Devices in the Find My network use secure Bluetooth technology to detect your devices nearby and report their approximate location back to you, so you can find them.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).
- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.
If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.

Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
