StartBoost along with Fasilitor is a foundational product of the Aptus premium collection. Aptus StartBoost consists of two natural ingredients, humic acid and protein hydrolysate. This synergy of natural ingredients promotes increased transport of nutritional elements across plant cell membranes whilst reducing levels of toxic elements in the growing medium. StartBoost also provides organic nitrogen from L-amino acids of natural and initial growth. Startboost is also beneficial for the propagation and root development of seeds and cutting.
Organic Nitrogen provided by L-amino acids promotes robust vegetative growth and photosynthesis without risk of burning or overdose. A wide spectrum of natural L-amino acids provides beneficial stimuli to bacteria population number within the planting medium. Humic substances have a positive effect on plant phsiology by influencing nutrient uptake and root ststem interaction within the planting medium. Through interaction with various compounds in the soil, countless comp;esex are formed from organic and mineral componets. In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following day. Damage to products during shipping: In the case you have received your goods damaged you must take photos of the damaged item and damaged box/wrapper and contact us immediately; Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit.
Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving so we can raise claim with carriers.

Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item fails within the first 14 days of receipt, please email/call us. We will determine if the item needs to be returned, if so we will organise freight back or reimburse customer for return postage Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Exchanging an item for a different item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
New product returns:
New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discrection.
The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase.
To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
