Wear your Amazfit Balance smartwatch while you sleep, and in the morning, you'll get a Readiness score that indicates how mentally and physically recharged you are for the new day. If your score is low, open the Zepp Aura section of the Zepp App and find Readiness Insights - which are generated based on a Knowledge Base created by a team of sleep health experts, and come with guidance to help you improve your score.
Body Composition Measurement
Along with providing accurate monitoring of health data like heart rate, blood-oxygen, stress level and sleep, the Amazfit Balance can also be used to quickly and easily measure eight body composition metrics from your wrist, including Body Fat, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle, Water %, Bone Mass, Protein %, BMI and Basal Metabolism. Note: This function should not be used by people who are pregnant, or who have implantable pacemakers, defibrillators or other medical apparatus.

Damaged During transit

If product package arrived damaged before you sign the parcel, please inspect the condition in front of delivery driver.

You can choose to accept the parcel condition or reject the delivery and request to return back to the sender. Please email us with your order details.

If you accidentally accepted the parcel and found damaged, please email us immediately upon receiving the goods(same day), providing full package details and including photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
